Talks

The SO(3) vortex equations are studied on Riemann surfaces, and it is explained how this is helpful for studying the SO(3) monopole equations on Seifert manifolds.

We explain a definition of a Furuta-Ohta type invariant which uses gauge theory with singular behavior along a surface.

Colloquium talk explaining the approach by Kronheimer and Mrowka to (re)prove the four-color theorem using gauge theory.

This talk summarizes the results of my thesis where I studied the behavior of the contact invariant under strong symplectic cobordisms.

Introductory talk on the definition of Clifford algebras and some of its properties.

Explanation of the Serre Swan correspondence.

The basic construction of the Dirac operator is given, as well as some of its applications.
